These terms govern your use of Rayven. By creating a shop you agree to them. A বাংলা version is available in the app.
The service
Rayven is a retail CRM and point-of-sale tool. We provide it as-is and work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your password and two-factor device secure. Owners and managers must use two-factor sign-in.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorised to run the shop you register.
Your data, your responsibility
The data you enter about your shop and customers belongs to you. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully — including any consent required before sending customers reminders. Rayven processes it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Do not use Rayven for unlawful activity, to store content you have no right to, or to attempt to access another shop's data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Plans and billing
The free plan is free. Paid plans, when introduced, are billed as described at sign-up. A lapsed paid plan degrades to read-only access after a grace period — your data is never deleted for non-payment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rayven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keep your own backups of critical figures where your business depends on them.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
