Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Rayven subscription payments. It is not about refunds a shop gives its own customers — those are handled inside the app.

The free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can run a shop on it indefinitely.

Paid plans

  • If a paid plan does not work as described, contact support within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
  • After 14 days, you can cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; partial periods are not refunded.
  • Payment-processor fees on a refunded transaction may be deducted where the processor does not return them.

How to request a refund

Use the in-app support channel with your shop name and the payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling a paid plan never deletes your data — your shop continues on the free plan, or in read-only access if it exceeds free limits.
