Is it really free?
Yes — the free plan runs a real shop: products, sales, invoices, customers and reports. Pro unlocks category depth, multiple branches and more staff seats.
Do I need to install anything?
No app store needed. Open Rayven in your browser and tap “Add to Home Screen” — it installs like a real app, works offline, and updates instantly.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The CRM is the till — it's built offline-first. Sales made offline are queued and sync automatically when you reconnect.
Is my data safe?
Your shop's data is isolated from every other shop at the database level, encrypted in transit, and yours to export any time. Owners and managers use two-factor sign-in.
Can I use it in Bangla?
Fully. Every screen works in English and বাংলা, with Bengali numerals — switch any time.
Can multiple staff use it at once?
Yes — invite staff by email and choose their role (cashier, manager, owner). Each gets their own sign-in and only sees what their role allows.
What if I have more than one shop or branch?
Run multiple branches under one account — stock is per-branch, transfers are one-tap, and reports roll up to the whole business or drill down to one branch.
Can I export my data later?
Any time — products, customers, invoices and reports export as CSV with one tap. Your data is yours.
